What airlines will give you safety cards at the airport?

I have found America West Express [the regular AWA could not get me a safety card, but was VERY nice about it.] Midwest Express and American Airlines to be kind in getting a safety card. Keep in mind thouhg, this depends on the individual who you ask.

Airtran, Continental Express, ASA, Northwest, Sun Country, American, TWA, Southwest, Southeast, Delta, United, Air Force One (28000), Titan Airways.

These are the Airlines I have asked and only one refused and we all know who they are.
