Strange Problem

Posted (14 years 3 weeks 2 days 6 hours ago) and read 4076 times:

Yesterday I was flying a ERJ-145 from Lax to Huston. I climbed to FL360. The plane all of a sudden for no reason started to bank from side to side. What was causing this? There was no user input. My guess is that the air was too thin up there to support the aircraft at that speed (.70). Anyone else have that problem? Or have I exceeded the ceiling? I did not receive a warning.

Could be crosswind. Did you fly with real weather?
I've flown in FS (also ERJs) quite high with no problems.

Ive actually noticed this at higher altitudes with the POSKY 777's. Dunno what causes it.
