How Do You "preserve" Your AI Traffic?

How do you save your hard work on AI traffic? Do you put them on a disc along with the aircraft? Or do you just leave them alone on computer and not backing up them?

My way is to save them on disc and try to hope there will be no "DISK BOOT FAILURE" on my computer Nuts!

I did a backup copy on cd of all my add-on sceneries, aircrafts and programs such as Afcad, FSMeteo ect.,
If I count all the hours of download (and I have a superfast Broadband connection) no it will be to bad to loose
everything!!!
