 Smile Hi everyone!  Smile

I'm thinking about buying a flight yoke for FS2002 (to make the experience a little more real) but wondered what everyone else was using.

Do you use a joystick or do you use a flight yoke?

I've heard the manufacturer 'CH' causes problems with FS2002 so it is not fully compatible with it. Is this true?

Thanks for all your replies!

I use a joystic since I can't afford a yoke, but it doesn't cause a problem since I mainly fly airbus.

I love my yoke and recommend it to anyone. I used my joystick once after I got it and just realized what I was missing. I also have Rudder Pedals but the yoke comes first. When I didn't have pedals I used the joystick as the rudder.

Never heard of compatibility problems between the CH yoke and FS.
Only thing not working in mine are the buttons on the left handle (but that's because the I can't map them, Windows2000 sees them as a 2nd POV hat which FS doesn't use).
The USB version supposedly does not have that problem.

I wish I were flying

I use CH Pro Flight Yoke and rudder pedals through the game port. I have no problems since I have Windows 98 for my OS. I have assigned flaps, landing gear, and brakes to several of the buttons. As long as you customize the assignments you will have no problem.

I use both a USB Flight Yoke, and USB Rudder Pedals with working Toe Breaks! Makes taxing so much easier. Its so nice, finally I have the ultimate simming machine!
