What happens if I add a new flight and its arrival time makes no sense like take off from LEGE at 00:00 and landing at VHHH at 00:01 ?
is there a program which checks it and correct it?

You mean with AI traffic?
The arrival time is not used, it is a placeholder only and for your reference.
The traffic compiler or FS engine calculates the true expected arrival time for you, so any value is OK when inputting it.
