IFDG do one.

This link searches AVSIM for "Neos". It should bring up two wingletted 738s

FFG (Freeware Flight Group) also made 737-800's with winglets. They made Air Europa, Virgin Blue, ATA, Privatair, and a couple of BBJ Jets. They also made a Copa 737-700 with winglets.

Just go to avsim.com and put ffg in the search field and that will show all the ffg models avsim has.
