I just have/use the cards from airlines I travel often enough to actually use the miles. I do have some of my father's old ones from Pan Am, Midway, PSA though in a file drawer somewhere.

I am a member of the following because I use these airlines often enough for it to benefit me (I've gotten enough for several free tickets on one or two of them, and also have upgrade certificates I need to use).
America West Flight Fund
American AAdvantage
Midwest Express Frequent Flyer
TWA Aviators
United Mileage Plus

I have FF accounts with those airlines:
USAirways around 40K miles
Continental around 20K miles
Delta around 20K miles
British Airways 9K miles
TWA 6K miles
SAS 3K (I made those 3 thousands flying United Express)
and rest of them are without miles cause I dont fly them. I got them just for the card:
LOT Polish
Air Canada
Midwest Express
Thats what I remember.
