The best I've found was Marco Spada's panel, and that's a far cry from the PSS payware panel and not good enough for me to seriously recommend it (it's basically a 737-400 panel with a new panel bitmap like most freeware airliner panels).

You can try Eric Marciano's panels, designed for our PA A320. But as Jwenting said, there's nothing really freeware that matches the PSS panel.

http://www.avsim.com, download Mike Stone's A320 package and then just use the panel for your aircraft.
No GPS or FMC though.

The panel I use for the Project Airbus A320's is one made by Miguel Angel Alvarez and Jorge Salas. The file name is a320p11.zip and it is found at avsim.com
I like this panel very much. I'd recommend it to anyone.
