Has anyone heard anything about a Revell release of the Airbus 3XX in 1/144th scale? If so please post the kit stock number so I can get one.and the cost. I believe I read that it was released and it is big. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks Fred

http://www.revell.de/de/index.html, more specifically http://www.revell.de/cgi-bin/kat/katalog.pl?cmd=overview&KOSCHL=01&grp=05&ARARTN=04230&modellsuche=&showall=true&ps_KOSCHL=&SWO=&MAS=&frei=&lang=de&kat=modell&sort=&page=2&mas= details the aircraft.
Site in German, aircraft is 55 centimeter long and half a meter wingspan, 163 parts (so don't expect much small detail...).

I saw that Revell A380 1/144 in a Hobby Town USA in Tukwilla, WA a few couple months ago when in Seattle for spring break. I would have bought it, but being a starving college student I didn't have the $30 to spend on "luxury items" at the time. Otherwise I would have bought it, plus it wouldn't have fit in my small suitcase. The box is a little thicker and taller than your usual Revell Model. I'd like to build it, but I already have about 8 models in the "queue" before it.

Joe Farrell has the A380 kits in stock (Revell kit #RV4230); visit his site @ www.modelairliners.com. All of his airliner stuff is discounted...the A380 goes for $24.00. Jack

If I remember correctly, someone at internetmodeler.com did a review on it and he place a A300-600ST Beluga next to it and still the A380 looked huge!
