anybody can give me a tip where to get nice plane models?
Germany/central europe prefered.

If you want some top class models have a look at Bader Models at http://www.badermodels.com or check out some airline websites such as Easyjet etc

I only know of two places in the United States. They have almost every airplane model made. You can order online from these places.
