The % number ranging from 1%-100% is to show at what level of AI detail that flight shows up.
So the flight shown will appear when the AI slider is set at 81% or more.
If you look in TTools (You did download it?) you will see a guide that tells you how to write a flight schedule and what each item in the script means. But here is a short version.
"AC#32" is a MD80 Paint 1,
"N93512" is the Reg#,
"81%" is the flight %,
"6Hr" is the lay over,
"00:41:03" is the time the flight leaves,
"02:32:27" is when the flight arrives,
"250" is the flight level it will climb to,
"F" says it will be called by its flight #,
"7967" is the flight #,
"LSZH" is the destination (Zurich),
"03:41:01,05:32:25" is the return flight (will be superseded by the "6Hr" part),
"240,F,7968" is the Alt and Flight info for the return,
"EGAA" is the starting airport (Belfast)
One small note about the airport in your script, ZHR is not a valid code because MSFS does not use ATA codes, ICAO codes are used. The proper code for Zurich is "LSZH"

umm, couple corrections... 6Hr is the repeat rate, ie all the flights in that schedule will repeat every 6 hours. Options for this field are: 1,2,4,6,8,12,24 and WEEK. Most PAI schedules in the installers run on Week, with the rest on 24Hr now...
