Hi all!
I'm in the process of writing a chapter in a book and I need access to N. American OAG Pocket Flight Guides covering (at least) the year 1984. 1983-1985 would be perfect. I live in southern New Hampshire and while I certainly don't need to keep these books, I'd love the chance to pore over them so I can extract the data I need. If anyone can help, please let me know and we'll arrange something. Lacking the OAG's, schedules from United and USAirways would suffice. Thanks!

Chris in NH

I've got the main OAG for September 1, 1985 (the phone book) plus pocket guides for a few preceding years if you need the data.

Great! If you could look in a 1984 issue, please let me know the flight numbers and aircraft types for these routes:
United Airlines-->Manchester, NH & Chicago
USAirways-->Manchester, NH & Pittsburgh/Philadelphia

Thanks!

Chris

January 1984 does not list any such flights on those routes. The only airline service it shows for Manchester is various commuter carriers to Boston.

Going forward to 1985, not showing any USAir (as it was at the time, still using the Allegheny "AL" code) service into Manchester. The only jet service is two daily United B727-200, operating ORD-PVD-MHT with one backtracking for the return and the other going via Albany, as below:

UA 270
ORD 11:30a
PVD 2:29p-2:54p
MHT 3:25p

UA 322
ORD 4:44p
PVD 7:46p-8:07p
MHT 8:88p

UA 575
MHT 7:05a
PVD 7:35a-7:59a
ORD 9:15a

UA 245
MHT 4:01p
ALB 4:34p-5:10p
ORD 6:08p
