I want to know if my computer will run FS2004, smooth enough for me to enjoy it. Here's the info: Requirements for
Microsoft Flight Simulator: A Century of Flight
Your PC configuration
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) XP/MP/4 1787MHz
Graphics Card: S3 ProSavage
Memory: 96 MB
What do I need to make it run fast? Hardware recomendations, and prices...Thanks very much.-Brett

I run it on my laptop, its a Persario 2100, its stock, and as far as fs2004, I have everthing turned up and on, the only time it kinda start to slow is during periods of heavy weather. As far as control MSforce feedback2.

You need a lot of money to make it run fast . I think you'll have to specify the word 'fast', fast for one is slow to the other... A good load of memory (512mb and up), a good graphics card (read: NOT an S3!) and a processor speed of about 2gig will in general be enough.
Always keep in mind that a computer is as fast as the weakest link, so keep everything in balance, there's no point in buying a fast videocard if you have a relatively slow CPU.
