Is AirNav Flight Tracker displayed in real time? Does it matter if you have AirNav Flight Tracker Light or are they all (or aren't) real time? Thanks for your replies.

AirNav Live Flight Tracker has all the flights in realtime over the US and Canada. It is much cheaper and much better than other similar products I've tested.

I just went to one of those live ATC sites & if you listen and watch AirNav Flight Tracker at the same time, you will notice that there is at least a 10 minute delay. You hear ATC launch an aircraft and you do not see it on the flight tracker for about 10 minutes. This should not be the case because they do state on their homepage that they are a 'real time' flight tracker. I even tried different airports with exactly the same results.

There is no realtime flight tracker anywhere. All the companies mention realtime but the FAA requires a 5 minutes delay due to security concerns after Sept 11. Anyway 5 minutes is only 5 minutes and the experience of seeing all those flights is great...
