Adding Memory, And Flying Online

If anyone out there knows how to fix these problems, that would be greatly appreciated! Yesterday, i bought an extra 1 gigabytes of memory (gigaherz?), and now i seem to be having more problems than I had before. I fly online on VatSim network, however, once i log on, i either can't open my fs2004 since it is just a blank screen, or.. the computer just shuts down at a random time, like when I am taxiing out to the runway. After yesterday, clicking on multiplayer -> connect, does not show the SbRelay that i must join. Instead I put in my own IP to find it. Is there anything I am doing wrong? Maybe i should re-download all the programs.. but as you can see, I'm no expert.

Does your PC just "bomb out" in FS2004, or at other times too. I wonder if you've got a faulty stick (or two) of memory ?

Try swapping it with another machine ?


By the way, is there anyone on board who knows how to fly a plane?
