Ok here is the story.. I wrote all my VA pilots a e-mail telling them to pick a flight and send it to me ASAP (there is a list on my page of flights - http://www.skyamerica-va.com and none of my pilots replyed, What do I do?????

I checked out your VA's website, and I think that maybe you should redo your operations a little. For example, instead of emailing your pilots the planes, just let them download them. I often test out the fleet before I join a VA. Also, I'd think that emailing my Hub Manager or whoever to get a flight is annyoing. Many VA's just let pilots fly whatever flights they want, others email their pilots weekly assignments, and others have a bidding form on their website. Have fun with your va! I'm working on my own right now.

yes all good stuff, i never understood why some VA's want you to have a password to download their planes like VA planes are really special or something.
my va sends out weekly assignments, as a pilot i liked it that way because i'd get flight assignments to new places i never even thought of flying to before.

Well, it been a while and no one wrote back, so I stated a New va called Yes Express @ http://www.geocities.expressyes.com (yes express was already a taken website). I will have 1 type of plane in my fleet Do328.
