I was wondering about what it took to run a model airplane shop. Say, an internet shop, what licenses are required? How do you become an official retailer of a specific type of model company (i.e. Herpa), and do you get any discounts on the models? Who pays for the shipping from the manufacturing plant to where the models are stored by the owner of the shop before they are shipped to the customer? I've always been curious about this, and wanted to know. All answers welcome!
