FS2004 Flight Deck Sound Affects Panel

I downloaded the Flight deck sound affects panel(fdsfxpnl.zip) from avsim.com. Am I supposed to put this folder into the specific aircraft sound panel or just in the aircraft file? Or am I thinking completely wrong? Should I just extract the entire folder or add all the components separately? Any help would be appreciated.
