I use http://www.flightsimmer.com/forums, its actually a set of about 12 forums altogether, though the main one is the forum for PAI. It is a great forum!

Also try http://www.flightsim.com and http://www.avsim.com. They both have a huge downloads library as well as several discussion forums. The AVSIM screenshots forum is usually filled with previews of new releases.
