Anywhere to spot at this airport like observation deck, park?

You can still access his website, however, at http://www.rockymountainavphotos.com/ . It's got plenty of great tips on spotting locations.Here's a direct link to the spotting location page:

I've only tried spots 1 and 5, both were very good, but make sure you check the cons for times to avoid. #1 can be good for sunsets around this time of year (IIRC), but not much else.
