Does it have an ILS system?
Paragliding would be good in that airfiel, and also, is that the airport where the DC3 rolled down to a crash in real life?

A almost empty 744 seems to be the only type of airplane that can get out of there. I suppose if you turned right or left immediately after takeoff in a Cessna you could do a 180 then fly to the other end of the valley and do a 180 then when you get to the other end of the valley do another 180 and continue doing that until you got high enough to clear.
