Some1 Help ME- MY FS04 WON'T Start!

Can someone please help me? My FS04 won't start. K-This is what happens,
I click on the icon and the hour glass apares then 2 seconds later it stops and then when I pressCTRL+ALt+DEL it says Not Responding. Can someone please help me or if you had simular problems please share them with me. This was happeing for about 6 months .I tried to uninstall then install but the same problem persits.

Six Monthes? So you have been trying this for 6 months? Are your PC system requirements fit for the game? If not contact microsoft. Ive had problems and I recieved great help by just popping in an email.

actually no, It didn't see any thing come up telling me about a Default Flight Problem.

Yes, It do the Splash Screen came up. It stays like that for about 1:00 then the hour glass turns back to the cursor(pointer). That's when I press "CTRL+ALT+DEL" Then it say not responding in the list of programms running. I tried to go to "Reset Defaults" but the same thing happens, The game has to start.

Yes I tried the exe and the same problem presists. That was the first thing I also tried.
