The Airplane Shop Opens In Miami

The Airplane Shop has opened it's third store, in Miami, under a franchise agreement with Atlantic Models. The store is located at 6801 NW 77th Ave.

I was down there a few weeks ago, and I got an awesome tour by the manager to see the warehouse where they build the Atlantic-Models. It was like a dream for me. They had a ton of jetBlue A320's in all their tail schemes, quite a few Iberia jets, a beautiful Air Jamaica A340. The store itself had a very large selection of Gemini jets and all others in the 1/400 scale, Herpa-Wings, SkyMarks, you name it. They are still in the process of receiving more items from the main store in NJ. It's nice to have a new store in Miami, considering that almost all the others are either closed or strictly doing business on-line.
