Hi every one.
I hv been flying 737 on FS succesfully. Few days ago, I tried my hands on 777, but failed..
I request some tips from u guys to overcome it.
First problem I am facing is engine parameters and HSI r on one display & they need to be switched here & there every time i need to adjust thrust, more crucial on approach. Is it normal or am I doing it in stupid way ??
Secondly, I am interested in hand flying ISO A/P. While flying manually, the a/c is not smooth to handle, may be due to less experience on this a/c (or due to heaviness problem ). Like in 737, I tried to reduce speed by idling the engines in crz, the a/c started proppoisng in pitch, and its damn sensitve. Also on APP,
I cud not adjust the speed, rate of descent causing stalls.

It is most likely a transition stage more than anything else. I fly the 744 and on the odd occasion that I go 737, I can't handle it too good anymore. I agree with you that a heavy and a 'not heavy' have different reaction times and I agree that the 777 switching screens is annoying.
I have notes on the 747 if you would like and I would be more than happy to post them to you. While it is not a 777, the 747 is still a heavy after all.
