PMDG 737NG is my most used aircraft at the moment as well, and it looks like their 744 will set new standards. Although I also like flying the iFDG A319 in BA colours with PSS panel for shorthaul European.

Newark777,
If Meljet did an American 777 with the registration N754AN then anything else wouldn't get a look in! But unfortunately the only AA 777's I have are N756AM, N782AN and N797AN...

I have FS2002 on three different computers, each for one different use. One is a laptop, and I load it with AI flights, so about 90% of my A/C are AI. On that computer I like to fly an FX A310-200 or a BA 777-200. On another computer, I have no AI traffic at all, so I can use big airports like ATL and LAX w/o a loss in framerates. On that, I have about 99% flyable A/C, and my favorites are Cargolux 747-400F, and a US Navy C-9 Nightingale (military equivalent of the DC-9-30). The third computer is kind of a combination; I personally use it to practice ILS landings in bad weather conditions w/o a joystick. There my favorite plane is an Alaska MD-80 w/wing views. That covers it all.

The Eaglesoft Development Group's (http://www.eaglesoftdg.com) Cessna Citation X is my all-time favorite payware/freeware addon to fly for FS2004. It flies beautifully, and once you get familiar with the cockpit.. It's an amazing bird, and a beautiful one at that!
