FS9 Disc 4 - Not Needed To Startup Anymore!

Hi people,

For those interested, which I imagine to be all of you, there is a program out now which DOES work, in which you no longer need Disc 4 in your CD rom to start up FS9!!!

Go to..

and go to the FAQ section and scroll down the page to the "Flight Simulator 2004 Sim Updates" section, and there you have 2 downloads, one of which is for those who have the fs9 patch which was released a few months ago, and one for those who haven't!

It's a bloody life saver for me because my Disc 4 has a rather large scratch on it and has taken sometimes up to 10 minutes to start my fs9!

I have a big problem with my CD 4 so I have been boring my grandads, LOL, So Hopefully I download this (haven't looked at the website yet) and I'll see if it helps, Thanks for the heads up!

Seriously, these things are available for all types of games that require CD's to run. I had to get one for my sister for the Sims 2 after my dog took a big bite out of the CD.  Smile
