I downloaded taxispeed.zip to change the speed of taxi on FS9 but it keeps giving me a path error,
is there anything else out there for taxi speed changing or a fix for this program

I forgot it's name right now, but it's a gauge which also controls the pushback. Moreover, it can set your taxispeed and visualises for you how hard you brake. I come to think of it that the gauge is called "pushback". Check Avsim, it's probably there.

As for the taxispeed.zip giving you a path error ... maybe you put it into the wrong spot?

Geg2rap:- Taxi speed only works on FS2002 AFAIK.

Beowulf:- What Geg2rap is talking about is a program that allows you to set the taxi speed to all of the AI traffic. It is great for getting them off the runway faster after they have landed.
What you are talking about is a gauge that sets your taxi speed like an autopilot. There is one (dhc6_sw!Taxispd) that comes with the DH6 Skybus series of panels.

Oh, that's nice ... I have to check out this tool.  Smile And yes, I was talking about the gauge which lets *me* set my taxispeed. It is incorporated into the DHC Panel, but it is available as a standalone gauge.

The taxispeed fix is only half the job - to make the AI aircrafts leave the runway quicker, one would also have to jump into the aircraft.cfg and edit some parameters there.
