Hi Guys and Gals!
After many screenshot threads have been started I think its time to add a bit more fun to it , so we bring you:
The SUPER DUPER SCREENSHOT COMPETITION!
Myself and Hoons90 have decided to Run a Screenshot competition.
We will both Host this event and both will be judging on the winner. We will not be posting any ourselves.
Guidelines:
- You May submit as many times as you wish,
- Please avoid using Slew Mode
- Photoshop can ONLY be used for cropping and Sharpening
- All Forms of flight sim may be used (i.e 98/2000/2002/2004)
- Only post you OWN screenshots
There is no deadline date as yet, but as soon as this picks up me and Hoons90 shall give you a date.
1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be awarded to whoever we feel has the most eye catching screenshots.
How to post a screenshot:
first go to http://www.avsim.com and search on a program called FSScreen. (this is not a requirement but is advised)
once you have this program installed get simming , When you feel the need to take a shot press the 'Prt Scr' Button (print screen) on the top right hand side of your keyboard. Do this as many times as you want.
now all your shots should appear as JPG files on your desktop. Leave them there or move them to another folder if you wish and edit it them in MS Paint or Photoshop (sharpening and cropping ONLY) and save them as a Jpg file
now you need an image server, I suggest http://www.photobucket.com, register here and upload your saved screenshots to this account then when you have them online on photobucket, copy and paste the Tag starting with img border=0 src= onto your Airliners.net text box and post
Prize
Well being that i dont have anything to offer and nor does Hoons just play this for Fun, Getting first place will just mean you get a better feeling hehe.
