Scenery Cache Setting For FS2002

Hi all

It's all in the title, what should the scenery cache setting be set at. The numbers run from 0 up to at least 150 (if memory serves me right).

Are there any hard and fast rules as to what it should be set at?

As always, all help much appreciated.
