With lots of requests for FS add ons etc. Recently, I thought I'd do my best to put together a short list of in my opinion what are the best add ons available. Please feel free to add yours, the more the better!

Ok........

Download Sites

http://www.avsim.com
Possibly the best Flight Simulator site on the net, huge file library and forums

http://www.surclaro.com/
Again, very good but not much personal experience

http://www.fsfreeware.com/dcd/
I found this one very good, especially if you don't want to register

http://files.fsnordic.net/Flight_Simulator/
Good if you use FS2000

http://www.fsdome.com
Generally good, but there is a lot of rubbish

They are a small collection of many sites, for more try referring to this:
http://www.worldwidetopsites.com/sites/flightsim.html

Or This Thread on A.NET:
http://www.airliners.net/discussions/aviation_hobby/read.main/59141/

Aircraft

My favorites are:

http://www.ifdg.net
absolutely amazing Airbus

http://www.projectopensky.com
Very good for Boeing

This category needs adding to, so please feel free........

Scenery

Most of this is payware...

http://www.simflyers.net
A good selection from around the world

http://www.uk2000scenery.com
Very, Very good scenery for the UK

http://www.visualflight.com
Very good

http://www.scotflightscenery.co.uk/
Exellent scenery for Scotland including the Famous Barra......

I am not as familiar with scenery for other countries, so please add

Payware

http://www.justflight.com

Screenshots

This is FSscreen, highly recommended, instructions included

http://www.simradar.com/File/2791/FSScreen_Version_1_1.html

Once you have taken the screenshot, you need to host it on the web, for this use:

http://www.photobucket.com

or for those who don't want to register

http://www.tinypic.com

Then copy and paste the tag into your post!

If there is anything I've left out or you think should be added, please do. I'm always looking for new places to!

Regards
