FS2000 is a good sim, but if your computer isn't very fast, the sim is useless. I would recommend FS98 if your computer is <500MHz and 64MB RAM.

If your computer is below Pentuim 3, don't get FS2K because it was made for P3 computers people here had complained about the slow frame rate.
I fly FS98 and it works perfectly. The graphics aren't marvellous though.
You can download a whole collection of planes to add to the aircraft which you already have. Flightsim.com must be the best place for addons.

FS2000 dont get it if you dont have the requirements, I bought it one time and it didnt work on my computer, because it runs too slow so I have FS98 that is the best for me!

Hi There

FS2K is definitely the way to go but as ppl have been saying you do need a powerful computer to run it. I have a P3 667 with 64Mb ram and I still have problems with the program stopping to reload all the scenery every 10 mins or so. it becomes really annoying after a while. Basically you need a P3 450 or faster, bare mnimum of 128Mb Ram, 256 preferrably and a 3d graphics accelerator card, Voodoo3, 4 or 5, Geeforce or Riva TNT2 cards are the best.
