Try searching for Fs Flightmax. It used to be payware, but was made free a while ago. Not sure what exactly it did, but worth a try.

If you're looking for some sort of FMC that is not integrated in an aircraft model, you could try FSNavigator's FMC. If you're looking for one with many real functions and the real looks as well, you should consider getting yourself PMDG's 737NG.
