Hi

Did a spot view today from up above my aircraft. I was amazed to see the clouds directly below the plane revolving in mid-air. Has anybody else seen this - or know why?

It's a feature to grant better performance. These are non 3D clouds. It's a single texture which moves according to your viewing angle. This gives you the impression that the cloud is 3Dimensional. Only when you're looking from above you can see that it's just a single texture always turning with it's "drawed" side facing your aircraft. Nothing to worry, just a bad effect since these clouds are only able to turn horizontal, but not vertical.

There is a way to remove that...just don't put any clouds! :P

(Sorry, bad joke)
