Does anyone know if there are any available airshow maps/active flight information for FS04? You know how on all executive jets, and most large airlines with PTVs have the map that shows the position, route, destination city and then switches periodically to stuff like Ground speed, outside temperature, time at destination, etc. Anyone know?

If you mean in a virtual cabin - probably in a payware add-on, I would imagine it's possible but no one has done it yet because it would require quite a bit of programming, linking with the FMC/nav systems, and might well use processing power. I think it would be nice idea if it could be done.

There is, however, a separate program called FS Moving Map, that will show you maps you can edit and add to of the area you are flying over a bit like that. There's more info on FlightSim.com, they did a review of it recently.
