Just finished Emirates 418 DXB - BKK with the 777-31H/ER. This particular one was painted by my friend, Ali Abou-Zeid and can be found on avsim.

The 777-31H/ER is a very impressive beast! This 777 continues on to Sydney and uses some more of her available range on that flight, but I leave her here in Bangkok. This flight was on about half fuel load and I didn't spare the GE90-115Bs any mercy on takeoff. Without doubt the fastest accelerating widebody I have piloted. Almsot 737 pace off the line and very early rotate!

Thanks to Ali for painting her.

Next is NW 28 BKK - NRT with the A330-200. It's been a while since I flew a Northwest A330 so I'm looking forward to this  Smile

Amy,

Great shots, esp the A300! Although I prefer the AB6, but that's because I am biased  wink

How are the framerates on that DXB scenery? Does it include the Burj-al-Arab and "The World" in the city?

The framerates from the scenery are excellent, just the ammount of traffic you have will dictate.

Shortly after rotation from LAX. Gear up, about to turn for the initial heading to Newark. I'd advise you to click on and enlarge this shot as there's a lot of detail of LAX here.

http://www.greycube.com/hosted/ariel/thread/1403/5climb3.jpg

Just turning onto my initial heading for Newark, a nice view of LAX and a better angle on this gorgeous (and it is) Continental 737.

http://www.greycube.com/hosted/ariel/thread/1403/6cruise.jpg

Where I am now! FL330 at Mach .78 on my way to Newark. I might climb up to 350 after I've burnt some fuel off. Unfortunately the -800 and -900 737s dont have quite the same insane power to weight ratios of the smaller 737s so she's a bit limited on performance on a longer haul like this. Still my fave NG and the 737 remains my fave of all time  bouncy
