several days ago i decided to go around the world in my FS2000, when on approach hold in some airports, just a few feet from the runway, the plane suddenly turns to the right or to the left.

does anybody know why this happens, or how to fix it?
i will appreciate your info on this.

What aircraft were you using?

i'll appreciate your information.

Hi There

If your using the autopilot approach mode, try turning that off and hand flying the plane.

It's probably because you reached the runway threshold. If you've noticed, the same thing happens when the NAV function is executed on the autopilot. When crossing above a VOR, the plane will rock left and right. I guess it's a little confused? Not quite as smooth as a human...that's why YOU have to fly it...not the computer!
