I have seen many screenshots of people's aircraft surrounded by service trucks and ramp workers and I was wondering if there are any good add-ons like those that are freeware? And if so where are they?
Also I am trying to find the best place to download Active Camera, one that I found said (Seattle area only) and that does not help me.

Any help would be appreciated

You have to pay for ActiveCamera, or it will only work in Seattle.

Welcome to the world of flightsim commerical software.

Holy sh*ts and burritos.

As Eclipse said, a lot of the good stuff you will only find in payware packages. But there is good news! There are a lot of good sceneries that come with dynamic ground objects, such as moving jetways, catering trucks, etc. The best one is Real CDG from FSFrance. Others that come to mind is a scenery for RUN as well as for CCS.

Check out this site. It is an extensive listing of sceneries for all over the world. There are a few that are crappy, like DXB, when compared to the payware DXB from FlyTampa. But in general their sceneries are really good, loaded with goodies, and, best of all, free!
