I recently downloaded AFCAD's and scenery for VHHX Kai Tak (Old Hong Kong) Airport for FS9. Ive been playing around with the approach into runway 13 and havent mastered it yet. My question is, once you are at the end of the ILS approach and coming onto the NDB "RW 377.0", when do you start to make that initial 45' turn towards the runway? Also, do you have to land it manually? As in if you left the APP autopilot on will you turn towards the runway or crash into the buildings?

First and foremost, I recommend you get an approach plate online for Kai Tak IGS Runway 13. I don't have a link for one, but I'll try to find one.
Now, the IGS approach does NOT turn your aircraft and automatically land you on runway 13. This is just like a straight-in ILS. You must visually turn your aircraft towards the runway. If you do nothing and keep flying the approach on autopilot, you will crash on the hill adjacent to Kai Tak.

If I remember the procedure correctly, you flick off the AP while still on the IGS & once you hit the middle marker, you commence the right-hand turn. Heavies are advised to commence the right-hand turn approx. a mile before the middle marker.
