Is This A Good Computer For FS2004?

Hey guys!

Im thinking about buying the following computer, do you think it will be strong enough for FS2004 to run really smooth with all sliders to the Right ?

1000MHz FSB ASRock motherboard
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ So.939 1000MHz FSB 'Venice' HyperTransport Technology
ATI Radeon 9600 Pro 256MB TV-out & DVI
Western Digital 200GB HD

but overall do you think I would get satisfying results with FS2004? I hate the stuttering that was the trademark of FS2000....
