Don't get my wrong I LOVE FS2004. But dose anyone know when the next one is come out. I know if I look I will see that the last one before was FS02. I was hopping that they might brake there trend and do one every year, but I haven't heard any thing. So I was hopping that someone else might have.

While i was visiting the Games Convention 2005 an Microsoft Employe told me that the next one will be released in Summer 2006.

FS10 is said to be released in the second half of '06 or later. This is a later than usually for Microsoft Flight Simulator. It is usually released in the fall before the year of its name-sake (ex. FS2004 was released in the fall of 2003). I hope this means Microsoft is making some major improvements to the game.

I am stuck in the "dark ages". None of the computers in my house could handle FS9. I still fly around on FS2002, and have to take the graphic settings way down to be able to land with the panel view! Sad

It is still very enjoyable, but, I think I will be getting a new computer soon, so there might be hope!

Discussing about this upcoming FS10. What are your expectations about it ? What improvements you wish this version will add ?

Mine are :

- SIDs and STARs.
- ATC that takes into account SIDs and STARs.
- Better AI management at airports (landings priorities).
- Airport animations (moving trucks, passengers, stairs, etc).
- Realistic parking locations according to airlines.
- More detailed world outside the US.

I know, I know... some of them are dreams.
