Im fancying a ride out to find a shop with aircraft models, dvds books etc. I know of the one at the viewing park at Manchester Airport and the one at East Midlands in the Terminal. Are there any more?

Might have a ride to Manchester to the shop tomorrow. When I get in there Im like a kid in a sweet shop. I want to buy everything and get really excited!

There's Air Supply in Yeadon on the High Street. I hate the guy that runs the place for a number of reasons but don't let that stop you from going up and having a look round.

The guy up in Air Supply in Leeds gives some great advice to aircraft enthusiasts. I was on the phone to him for about 20 minutes discussing which aerial would be better for my scanner  Smile.

Feel like spending some money to cheer meself up. What better than to spend on aircraft goodies!

The one in EMA is quite good, I managed to blow a few bucks in there last week when we had a long day at work (BRS-EMA then taxi back!), I love that routing it's like 7 hours pay for so little, just the drive's tedious.

Anyway that shop is really good, lots of DVDs and models, the rest of the crew were laughing at me in the window like a little boy but at least they did take a real intrest in my new models. PA Cargo 747, Air Tahiti Nui A342 and DL L1011. I could have bought loads more but couldnt afford it.

The shop in Manchester is shear quality.

Why are you going to Manchester when you could get those items at Air Supply in Leeds? Your profile says you live in Leeds so I don't understand your logic at all?

It seems you'd already made your made up to go to Manchester anyway, so why bother posting to ask the question?
