Hello,
So September has passed, an eventful month to say the least here at Air Lambert. The USA division has opened with much success and growing interest and we have been in the Virtual skies for over a year now! So, as we move onto October our aims turn toward the Winter and the new schedule for the UK division to be released at the end of the month. We aim to make better use of our aircraft, adding some exciting new destinations and increased frequencies on popular routes.
WINTER 05 SCHEDULES
The UK schedules have received a long overdue renewal as we once again enter the winter. Our minimum turnaround time will be cut from one hour to just 40 minutes and scheduled flight times will be revised. This provides us with the opportunity to fit in more flights as well as freeing time for our aircraft to be put to good use.
With our eagerly awaited final airbus deliveries, all of which will be complete by the end of the Summer season, the possibility for new expansion is simply fantastic and will have Air Lambert pilots exploring new airports where our now familiar red and blue colours have yet to be seen.
The following are the new destinations added to the UK Short Haul Network:
From Edinburgh:
Innsbruck(A319)
Zurich (A319)
From London Gatwick:
Aberdeen (A318)
Barcelona (A319/A320)
Belfast (A318)
Cork (A318)
Glasgow (A319)
Grenoble (A321)
Madrid (A319/A320)
Malta (A319)
Moscow (A319)
Newcastle (A318/A319)
Nice (A321)
Toronto (A330)
Warsaw (A319)
We are also changing the capacity on a number of routes. Manchester’s destination list is still being decided and we are starting a ‘W Pattern’ flight out of Birmingham (BHX, UK) and Newcastle (NCL, UK) to Innsbruck (INN) using the Airbus A321. This is where each weekend the aircraft will fly MAN-INN-BHX/NCL-INN-MAN.
.Com Time!
Air Lambert have taken the final leap in web domains and you can now access our website via 'www.flylambert.com'. This adds to the list and you can now access our website via the following domains:
We are about to enter the next phase of painting and expect to have every single Air Lambert aircraft’s paint downloadable by November of this year. The last flight to take place in hybrid Skylines colours will take place on October 10th. All A321’s will continue to be painted in special liveries. We are also pleased to announce that the final paint stage will be done by December and will involve each paint redone with alpha and offered, giving pilots a choice depending on their personal preferences.
Website Changes Update
Pilots will have noticed the CMS change in the recent months. We are still working to complete the system, should you notice any mishaps please don’t hesitate to email any of our team. We are also starting work on an exciting new project linked with the system, something to excel Air Lambert’s individuality, to come Christmas 2005!
