Well if u downloaded an AI package then it should have a self installer that came with it. If it does, just run that and the files will automatically be placed in their correct places. Once that is done, go into the aircraft folder and change the aircraft.cfg file inside each AI plane folder to your liking. Hope that helped.

If you're looking for good AI traffic that is easy to install, go to www.projectai.com. They have most airlines and a very easy install program, which installs the aircraft, routes, timetables, etc. by itself.
Every takeoff is optional, but every landing is mandatory.
