Okay I been having ALOT of problems with my PC and I am going to go ahead and do a full system recovery on it. Its the only solution I cant even do anything at all when I log in to my name, the computer just shows some errors and than freezes up. Here is the FS problem. I got my self a Jump Drive with 2GB of memory and put my Traffic Files and some other music files and such which I want to keep. The problem is with some of my add on aircraft. I not sure if it is a problem maybe you can tell me.
Most of my add ons are on CD versions but three are not. My PMDG 737 Ready for Pushback 747-200 and Flight 1 411. Well I have the Flight One 411 files on a CD the complete Aircraft files except for the Gauges which is going to be a problem. I am going to try to retrieve files in Safe Mode soon but I not sure if you are able to do that?
Next for the two Jets. I downloaded the automatic installers on the CD. When I go to my two other computers and click the files incon the computer gives me a message saying that the files are not WIN-32 Applications or something like that. Is it saying that just because I don't have Flight Simulator Installed on any of those two computers or are the files messed up? If so than I going to have to work hard in getting PMDG and RFP to give me another download link. I know flight 1 will do it with order numbers and all but the problem is the order numbers are on the computer which I cant retrieve my files. So its going to take a lot of work. Just wondering if my Automatic Installers are still good which I saved on my CD?
Any other tips comments anything
Thanks.

Hi there,
I wonder if you have any virus... Do you have any anti-virus to protect your computer while you are in the internet? If not, you (your computer and files) are in bad danger.
About the "jump drive"... I don't think MS FSim reads data from a different drive... If i am wrong, please correct me.
It would be intresting to know what computer you have. It would be more of a help anyhow.

I wouldn't worry about getting another link - so long as you have records of purchase, or can provide detailed information e.g. name, address of buyer and last 4 credit card digits of card used for example. Just email the respective companies explaining the situation and they should be more than happy to help - both the ones mentioned are reputable. Hope that helps

Well I got all my Traffic 2004 files I wanted and stuff off from my computer using safe mode. I found my proof of purchase certificate from Flight one so getting the 411 back wont be a problem and I am hoping that PMDG and Ready for Push Back will understand the situation. No other files I really need. I think it will be nice just recoverying my computer and having practicly and new system. Just FS , windows and thats it really. Should run really fast.
Only FS Traffic 2004 files I needed were a few repaints and some flight plans. I see how the rest goes.
