Does anyone know how to open the nose and side cargo doors on the
747 200F ready for push back or can you not do it?

I'm not sure but most of the time when you want to open something on an fs aircraft, you have to press the ctrl tab + a letter.

Map some keys to the 'tailhook' and 'wing fold' buttons, typically those open cargo doors and do other things, it just depends on the aircraft. By default, Shift+E opens the main exit door.

I did read somewhere that if the aircraft has support for it, the Shift+E+1 or 2 opens individual doors. Like I said though, it depends on whether those features were built into the aircraft.
