Input Flight Route Msfs (or Xplane)

How do I input the flight route, say one flightaware gives me into MSFS . if i use tghe intro in create a lfight, it will generate it for me on high alititude airways / vor to vor. so how can i input it manually there seems to be no away.

i searched the forum but i find nothing on this, at least how to use msfs properly.
