You have to do a search on Google or check out the Microsoft Flight Simulator website which may have links to external sites hosting downloadable aircraft. Worst case is if noone has drawn an MEA aircraft yet.

There's a guy from "Blue Sky Aviation Center" here in beirut who once mentionned a scenery add-on for Lebanon, the default scenery for Beirut and the airport being pretty sad. He may be able to sell you a copy or help you find it.
I'm not 100% sure we're talking about the same thing, but I'll send you his contact info by private message anyway.

I presume the website in question is the LEBOR2005 site. They offer a great freeware scenery of BEY. If you paid for it, you've been had.
If you're not too picky on flying FS2002 aircraft in FS2004, may I recommend this site for a ME A310? The aircraft doesn't have opening main or cargo doors, but it does have a wingview. The aircraft works perfectly fine in FS2004. There are also a multitude of aircraft offered by IFDG and POSKY for your selection.
