Hi guys and gals.

Well as we all know there are hundreds of VA's, Some dont get off the ground but some are massive so while thinking about what VA to join i came up with a lil idea , Not sure how good you all think it is but here goes;
All Va's interested join this group, similar to an alliance but its basically just a group of VA's, Sort of a virtual world.

In that you have manufacturers, Boeing, Airbus Etc Etc which are controlled by a few people and they determine how many aircraft can be made each week.They would also decide how much an aircraft is worth and they can offer discounts for large orders.So if an airline had 400 pilots but only 100 planes only 100 pilots can fly and the other 300 have to wait for the airplane to become free.

Then Virtual Airlines order aircraft, to make sure airlines dont just say i want 1000 747's for every transcontinental mile flown per passenger is worth say $30, so a 100 mile transcontinental flight with 50 passengers would get the airline, $30 X 100 (miles) X 50 = $150,000 for that flight.

For international flights for every mile flown per passenger the profit is $45. So a 3000 mile flight with 200 passengers would give you; $45 X 3000 X 200= $2,700,000 profit to the airline for that flight.

The minimum load factor for a flight would be 20% full.

When pilots finish a flight and submit the hours they have to say how many passengers were onboard and enter the codes from airport to airport, so they couldnt enter, Heathrow-Paris as 10,000 miles, the database would say thats 500 miles and set it as that and work out the profit aswell. When pilots enter the load factor it would be limited, So you cant have more than 4 flights in a row with a factor of 100% load and the 5th flight would have to be below 75% load factor and on transcon flights every 4th flight would have to be below 85% .

Those are my ideas, If anyone wants to take the idea any further and put it into reality i would like to be somewhat involved!!
IF anyone has anymore suggestions please say them
Also all the VA's interested please post here!

Well too start it off what i was thinking is that the airline would submit to us how many pilots they have and we say that they can have 25% amount of planes per pilot as a starter so it gets started,
E.G. an airline says they have 100 pilots, we then say of you can have 25 aircrafts, we then ask what aircrafts they currently have in their fleet so they might have 744's A319's etc and then also say what how much of each aircraft they want.
So say an airline has 100 pilots we then say of you can have 25 aircrafts, we then ask what aircraft they currently have in their fleet so they then tell us what aircrafts they have and how much of ea, e.g. 5 744's 5 773's 2 A319's 10 A318's and 3 757's
Understood?
