I havn't used it myself but I've seen a fair few screenshots of it, It's very graphically heavy and the install file is about 500mb but It does have alot of photoreal textures of Down town Kowloon and all the buildings along there.
Basically, Make sure you have a half decent System before investing in it.

Stay as far away from Hong Kong 2004 as you can!
It does add some nice stuff to HK and Kai Tak, but it absolutely messes CLK up. They decided to make a scenery of how CLK looked while Kai Tak was in operation

I agree. The difference is so great that for a while I assumed I still had it installed as CLK looked great. Then I realised it only looked good when it wasn't installed!

Thomas Kwong, yeah, he has done some good scenery of HK, but it's for FS 2002 and it's not 100% compatible with fs2004, the ground pops out of the runway. Maybe some smart guy has made a flatten and exclude switch? I made one but if I remember correctly I bumped into invisible objects even with exclude/all.
The main problem with HK2004 is that entire HK city out to CLK is made as one huge gmax object, so it's all or nothing. Even the water, so the textures doesn't match at all.

there was an FS2004 update to his Fs2002 scenery which makes it work now in FS2004, I got it off avsim
