Look in your aircraft folder...there should be a file called "airlines.cfg". At "Thomson" to the list, save it, and see if it works.

That won't do anything. But with the latest updates you should have it included...

Perhaps he should update his FS voicepack, so it includes the Thomson callsign. Just search for the callsign, make sure the checkbox next to it is checked and the checkbox not dark, update the airlines.cfg and then update the voicepack. After that, check in the respective aircraft.cfg that the ATC airline line has the callsign enabled, the start FS and go fly.

OK, gonna try and sort this next time I have some free time. So what should I be doing. I've updated it before and imported various other callsigns which have worked but for some reason I can't get Thomson in there.

Finally got this sorted, thanks for the help guys. Only thing which is confusing me a bit is ATC will say the callsign before the flight number, but on the text it doesn't have 'Thomson', only the flight number. Not a big deal but I dunno why it's like that.
